In association with the initial setup services that Statcom Systems is able to offer, what you get is:

  • An Essential Safety Measures Manual which has a 12 months Inspection Schedule and Inspection Records for contractors and staff to sign
  • Dividers marked 1-10 with section 1 (Introduction) & 2 (How To) pages printed
  • Owner and Building Details
  • A set of Jan-Dec dividers for the Inspection Records
  • A list of all the Equipment in the building
  • A list of the Contractors and/or Staff assigned to carry out the inspections
  • A pre-prepared copy of the Annual Maintenance Statement or Report ready to be signed by the Owner, Occupier or Agent
